To augment our salesforce.com practice, Creative is currently seeking to hire a Salesforce Technical Architect to support our projects in Washington, DC. The Technical Architect must design, develop, and articulate solutions based on a customer's strategic business or technical requirements. The candidate will provide assistance in establishing the technology standards, security standards, change management process etc for large federal agencies. The candidate must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment. Prior experience in establishing a salesforce.com Center of Excellence with emphasis on Governance, setting of Multi-Org rollout strategy, and Release and Change Management Processes is required. Experience in providing program oversight and technical architecture for salesforce.com applications. Excellent analytical, technology, communication, decision making and problem solving skills.
Experience in Salesforce with end-to-end implementation in the following areas:
Applicant must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 10 years direct experience in all aspects of developing and implementing CRM or salesforce platform applications.
Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
